Alice Cherestes wins SALTISE award
Alice Cherestes, a senior lecturer in Bioresource Engineering and Director of the Freshman Program, received a Best Practices and Pedagogical Innovation from SALTISE (Supporting Active Learning & Technological Innovation in Studies of Education), an inter-disciplinary group dedicated to improving and supporting teaching and learning practices and processes on a continuous basis.
Dean Geitmann recognized by the Microscopical Society of Canada
Congratulations to Dean Anja Geitmann who is the 2020 recipient of the Frances W. Doane Award. The objective of the Frances W Doane award is to recognize the valuable service and contributions that an individual made to the Microscopical Society of Canada.
